Sexual Violence Punishment Act Amendment on Deepfakes

Amends the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes to criminalize possessing, buying, storing or viewing sexually explicit deepfakes and to raise the maximum penalty for creating or distributing them to seven years in prison.
