Mexico Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law (2025)

Replaces the 2014 Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law and transfers regulation from the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) to the Agencia de Transformacion Digital y Telecomunicaciones and a new Comision Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones.
